I imagine this website will be different from other real estate websites you have viewed or will view.

First, it’s not a professional website. I created it, as the seller, to invite you to come along with me on a journey—a journey reflecting my experiences living here, as well my understanding of the unique possibilities created by owning these three parcels.

I want you to be able to imagine witnessing or experiencing what I have witnessed and experienced.

For that reason, you won’t see professional photography or drone footage—even though I am quite sure that footage would be breathtaking.

What you will see are everyday unpolished moments captured on my phone. I hope they will help you imagine standing right where I was standing and experiencing what life here actually feels like—shooting video you can hardly believe that you are seeing, let alone filming. I want you to be able to imagine being here.

Professional photography is wonderful and sometimes, at least for me, it is hard for me to feel a part of what I am seeing. I want this website to give you a sense of having been here.

I also created this website because I believe someone else’s dream is about to come true here on Crane Mountain.

Most of us have a dream tucked away. Maybe it’s

• creating a family legacy.
• sharing our gifts in a retreat setting.
• building financial security.
• or, simply, finding a place that finally feels like home.

We often take the dream out, only to tuck it away again, because we haven’t found the right place.

an opportunity arises that creates a sense of possibility.
